When Grayson National Bank and Bank of Floyd decided to join forces, FMS was enlisted early on. We spent significant time in discovery, learning everything we could about the two 100+ year-old banks and the communities they serve. That research was the foundation for developing a new name and a new brand that would be authentic, clear and effective.

And so Skyline National Bank was born. Built on the promise to give “always our best,” the delivery of the new brand included a new logo, extensive branding system, and a comprehensive conversion effort that introduced the brand to the community. Continued development of the new brand includes an ongoing branding campaign, internal brand building, posters, direct mail and extensive promotional campaigns across both traditional and new media.

Creating a new brand that honored the legacies of two longstanding institutions while embracing the future of the new organization was no easy task, but the results have been tremendous. It looks like blue skies ahead.
